Synopsis:

My entire life has been a lie: My parents didn't die in a car accident. They're not even dead. I'm not American. I'm not even human. I have strange powers, and I'm the heir to the throne of the planet Emreiana.

If I take the crown, I have to leave behind everything I have known here on Earth. I would have to say goodbye to my friends and leave behind Kyle, the boy I've loved since I was five. If I don't, then I risk the Bremoir finding me here on Earth and destroying everything I love.

MY THOUGHTS:

Rating: 4 Stars

I got this book from the author, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side.

Firstly I would like to thank the author for giving me this opportunity of reading and reviewing this awesome book.

Wow!!! I loved this book.

At first I thought that the concept is somewhat same just like the other books based on this genre but the author just stunned me there with the introduction so many twists and turns that the concept became so fresh and morphed this book into a fabulous start to an awesome series.

Carson is great and I loved her. The author made Carson's character so believable that I totally got engrossed in the story. She got hit hardly by the actual truth of her existence and the true identity but she showed great resolve and confidence and took up her responsibility. Another important point that I would like to highlight is that she didn't instantly believe that she is an alien and didn't greedily grasp with both hands the opportunity of being the heir of a throne and leave her entire human family behind. She fought hard and the inner battle that she faced really won me over.

The writing is great and I really enjoyed reading the story, the romance wasn't cliche and the suspense is thick and unnerving. Over all a great read for all and I would definitely love to recommend it to others.

Title: Gemini the Heir [Gemini #2]

Publisher: Self-Published

Synopsis:

Just a year ago, I thought I was an ordinary human, and I gave up everything on Earth to save the people I loved. I have become the Lenai of Emréiana, making me the heir to the Emréian throne. It also makes me in charge of defeating the Bremoir, a race that has been consuming other worlds. If I can’t stop them, the universe is doomed.

Then there is Aaronmon, my betrothed. We have only known each other for a year, but our bond is strong. It’s that bond that makes it hard to know my true feelings. While I think I am ready for the ceremony, I wonder if I really love him like I loved Kyle, my ex- boyfriend who was murdered.

But none of my feelings matter. In order to rule Emréiana, I must go through with the bonding ceremony. If I don’t, then I risk losing the right as heir and I’ll have no power in the war against the Bremoir. Nobody wants them defeated more than me.

Another awesome book in this series !!!

I really loved this sequel a lot and the remarkable development that Carson's character went through is fascinating and I also adored her so much. Finally she is home and is trying to become a part of it. Once again she has to take difficult decisions and decide whether love is important in her life or her is dedicated to the one and only task at hand - save the entire Universe and in doing so keep her throne safe.

There is romance, action, suspense, drama and the emotionally draining. I loved each and every character in this sequel and hope that we get to continue Carson's journey as soon as possible.

Over all this is a great continuation that you guys should definitely read because it's going to blow your minds off. If you love a kick-ass heroine who had to choose between love and responsibility then you would definitely love this series like I did. Enjoy reading guys!!!
