My Thoughts
One bite is all it takes.
Diving into this sensual world where dark magic and science live side by side I was instantly entranced. There was plenty of steamy tension as well as action packed adventure. Finding your soul mate after being left for dead seems like a miracle, but for Prince Loren it brings about all sorts of complications.
Olivia is a medical doctor who works on magical creatures discovering how they work. So when a gorgeous and New specimen is dropped in her lap it seems like her lucky day. She did not expect to have said specimen bite her! She is a caring, but guarded woman who has had her share of hardships. I really liked her and the fact that her reactions were normal. She didn't fall all over herself when she first meets Loren. Although, there was some definite attraction. She even stands up to him and never backs down from a fight.
Loren is a proud prince who has all but given up on his search for his lifemate. However, just when he has found her he must let her go. I loved getting to know this broading prince. He was an honorable, but stubborn man that did what he had to to protect his people. Even at a great cost to himself. It is really hard not to love him and his interactions with Olivia were never boring. They really knew how to push each others buttons.

Ooohhh this one sounds delicious. Something about it I guess. I have been reading some more serious romance, with a deep story line, the Letters From Love series by Roberta Grimes. I recommend those if you want a little more substance in the read, robertagrimes.com. But I do have to break those up and this one looks like a great one to do just that! Great review!
