Follow Friday

Yes, it's that time of the week again! It's Follow Friday which is hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. The question of the week is:

What would your prefer: reading your favorite book over and over again until you got sick of it OR reading 100s of mediocre books? And why?

This is a very hard question for me because I would love to and do read my favorite books over and over again, but I still like to read new books even if they are mediocre. Not all good books (at least for me) have to be great or life changeing. I just enjoy reading books and every book in my opinion whether its good or bad has something to offer.

What do you guys think?

  1. Agreed, still I'd rather reread my fave. I'll never get bored, at least I haven't with The Hunger Games.

  4. I do wonder about getting sick of my favourite book, but there are always new angles and nuances to discover. Besides, I just can't bring myself to waste time with mediocre reads.

New follower, by the way. :)

  13. I know what you mean about books not having to be life changing for you to enjoy them. I feel the same way, I just like reading a good story. But if I HAD to pick, I think I'd rather read my fave over and over.

    Thanks for visiting!
